1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Owlin Nutrition website (the “owlin.in”) or ordering products from Owlin Nutrition (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or order products from the Company.

2. Products

The Company sells nutritional supplements that are manufactured by other companies. The Company does not manufacture any of the products it sells.

3. Orders

To place an order, you must create an account on the Site. You must provide accurate and complete information in your account.

When you place an order, you agree to the following:

• The price of the products is the price listed on the Site at the time you place your order.
• The Company may charge shipping and handling fees.
• The Company will process your order within 4-5 business days.
• The Company will ship your order to the address you specify.
• You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties on your order.

4. Payment

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery
• UPI

5. Shipping

The Company ships orders to all pin codes in India. The shipping costs will vary depending on the destination pin code.

The Company ships orders using the following methods:

• BlueDart
• Delhivery
• FedEx

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return products you purchased from the Company for a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. To return a product, you must contact the Company and request a return authorization number.

The Company will refund the purchase price of the returned product, minus the shipping costs.

The Company will not refund products that have been opened or used.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase of products from the Company.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase of products from the Company will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Site.
